I'm pleased that I participated in ThePush Trainings, which covered topics such as Risk Management, the Power of Questioning (including Chat GPT usage), and more. These trainings have been beneficial in helping me handle people and various situations.
Before the training, I relied on Google research or sought answers from others, often receiving generic responses that didn't fully satisfy me. However, since the training, Chat GPT has influenced the way I compose questions, enabling me to obtain more practical answers and it has enhanced my team's overall composition of responses to clients.
The Sales Training was informative & enlightening. I enjoyed all the sessions as they are very essential to both our individual & company goals. I feel the training should be more department-focused. Sales is also important because everyone is expected to make sales. But, there should also be training that is specific to departmental needs/expertise.
I loved the integrated marketing training with ThePush because it was quite in-depth. I also enjoyed the training sessions on SEO and Professional Work Emails.
Coming under the tutelage of ThePush Consulting was a very good experience. Before the training, I did not know anything about real estate or sales but before the end of the one-week training, I learned so much. The environment was also very conducive, we had very experienced facilitators coming every day to take us on courses in real estate sales. Also, there was breakfast and lunch, which was a very good addition.
After the training session, they always checked up on us to ask for feedback on how we were doing, so it was a continuous process. I enjoyed it and I want to give kudos to them because they did a fantastic job and they are very intentional about what they do.
Firstly, I appreciate the emphasis on developing comprehensive product knowledge. This knowledge enabled us to effectively communicate product features, and benefits, and address any customer concerns or objections.
I also found the section on effective communication strategies very valuable. The role-playing exercises and scenario-based training they introduced were particularly helpful in allowing me to practice and refine my communication skills.
I liked the way everything was done according to time, measures were always taken to ensure we adhered to the time. I also liked the summation of teachers we had throughout the training. It was a climactic experience as we kept learning from each speaker that came. Also, I liked the way everybody was friendly and professional at the same time, we could even reach out to them in our free time and they would respond to us even if they were working. I want to say a very big thank you to ThePush Consulting for helping me transition into my Communications career. I have a background in Chemistry and over five years of teaching experience, so coming into Comms was new to me but with the help of ThePush, I was able to transition from the classroom to the media space and that has helped my career trajectory so far.
The training sessions conducted by ThePush Consulting were very detailed, practical and interesting. Through this training, I was exposed to topics like email writing and ethics, setting up platforms, fundamentals of designs, website management using WordPress and so on.
These training sessions have given me the skills I need for my current role at Teach For Nigeria. Now, I can independently manage our organization's website and handle email marketing and design.
The training on email writing and teamwork are the ones I can remember at the moment.
